Working knowledge of MSDS, PPE, hazard assessment, forklift training, lockout/tag out, safety committee development, safety Training, hearing conservation, worker's compensation, excellent use of MS Word and Excel.

Industrial Maintenance

Key tools: English and Metric wrenches and sockets, also basic hand tools. Must be able to fabricate parts for repairs. Trouble shooting, problem solving, preventative maintenance, as well as industrial repairs. 12 hours shift, every other weekend is scheduled off, overtime is available, and starting pay is $16.00 an hour.
Business Development Specialist
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Business Development Specialist must be able to prospect and set appointments at perspective clients at the Senior Management or Decision-Maker level. They must also have the ability to determine the critical needs and concerns of the prospect in order to present effective staffing solutions. They must be able to make recommendations to the client and close on the business.
REPORTS TO: The Director of Sales and Marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Develop, cultivate and penetrate market by primarily bringing in new accounts, supplemented by growing existing accounts.
Build an effective referral network.

b. Set appointment with proper levels.
c. Probe to identify critical concerns and needs
d. Develop recommendations and present
e. Generate detailed proposals along with cost comparison
f. Penetrate the account at all levels and into other departments
g. Troubleshoot with clients to come up with solutions
Meet individual and office sales goals and projections.
Interface and maintain consistant communication with operations and staff to ensure successful, responsive account activitiy. Develop strategies for target accounts with Director of Sales and Marketing.
Be knowledgeable about inside operations positions and be willing to contribute when neccessary to the smooth running of the service department. This may entail filling orders, interviewing applicants and recruiting.
Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales seminars and workshops. Represent the company in organizations which provide strong community and company presence.
