In late 1993, a vision was born by
two individuals with a desire to create a company unique to the staffing industry. A company focused on meeting the employment needs of any size work group or organization. In one small corner office, the journey began. A journey which, ten years later, has made Alternative Staffing a leader in full-service employment management.
A permanent and professionally trained staff of 25 delivers, on a daily basis, creative, problem-solving solutions to the complexity of a job market fragmented by low employment, unskilled labor, transportation and child care issues. Extensive human resource backgrounds coupled with years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and logistic environments enable us to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Alternative Staffing has now grown to 4 offices with our newest office in Orangeburg, SC. We believe in continuous improvement for the Alternative Staffing organization. We have improved efficiency and interoffice communications by networking the support offices with the main office. Our support and operational personnel are equipped with radios and cellular phones to provide on-call service, 24 hours days, 7 days a week for immediate client access. We currently employ an average of 1300 Low Country citizens per week.
